Look at the view...!! I can see a new owner doing the cruise down again !! if you could be interested in the berth.. let us know.. having visited the MDL marina at St Carles several times I can vouch for the excellent facilities, helpful staff, great food, good local servcies, and easy flight connections, super berth position within the marina. Many English owners dotted round the Marina.

photos taken befor the sun got too hot,, 9 am, port bow,

port aft ,

aft port quarter, note the Canister raft in a cradle on the aft rail.

super design for easy access over the transom, passarelle socket in the top step, the steps lift to gain access, note snap davit slid on sockets,, one other thing of the note, the swim ladder right of shot IS ACTUALLY long enough to be useful, so often they are too short.

starboard side deck, long genoa car tracks offer plenty of adjustment for the keen yachtsman. opening window ports set into the big fixed side windows, deep sunk in grab rails left of shot work well,

mast is deck stepped, fixed deck light pannels flood the front of the saloon with light, hatch just aft,

three hatches all over the forward cabin, note the strong deck safety line attachment points each side forward of the forehatch

Deck bow locker, again great stowage, chain is held in the port half, with huge room starboard , the electric windlass has remote controls,

it does neaten up the foredeck to drop the windlass under deck level, and reduces the times you stub your toes!! Teak look well

nice organised deck layout looking aft.

emergency forestay with double block attached at bottom, is sat back at port shroud base plates, in case you even need to deploy it,, expensive but sensible extra for a cruising boat.

port side deck note the control lines run under deck for a bit,

then they reappear, before running in to a bank of clutches, aft deck hatches over the galley and Heads area

starting inside forward, conventional double / vee berth, blinds at all windows, light and bright, dressing area to stb..

neat stowage, 12 v fans are helpful in Spain..

under the forward end of the bed, is easy access to bow prop, nice to see local battery for both bow prop and windlass.

looking aft to port side Galley, this area far bigger on this, the "Owners Version",

looking aft towards the starboard aft cabin, heads/shower space through the door left of shot, the companionway steps, lift up on gas struts. nice vertical stainless steel grab rail on bulkhead.

better view of galley looking aft, opening window just overhead out of shot, firdge with ice box above, microwave oven set into aft bulkhead is neat, note crash bar in front of cooker,

History One owner from new.. she was used in Hythe for a while then the owners really enjoyed cruising her down gently to Portugal, and round in to the Med. they then cruised her up to St Carles marina (just below Barcelona) where they took a berth and used her from there for a few years, Enjoying the local sailing and weather! she has now been de -rigged and brought back by Road . she will be re rigged and brought back to thier home berth with us in Hythe Marina. The Boat has been well maintained by a loving owner from new.
Broker's Comments Super sailing boats, wonderful wide and spacious cockpit, the twin wheel set up makes sailing her a real pleasure. Bright light and very functional below. the "owners version" does give a great galley and more space afforded the forward cabin. as well as the double cabin aft to stb. it may be worth mentioning that storeage is hugely better in this layout.
