sat having just been washed! note the big cockpit bimini frames , they drop forward when not required , you can see the main stack pack here as well .
Look at the view...!! I can see a new owner doing the cruise down again !! if you could be interested in the berth.. let us know.. having visited the MDL marina at St Carles several times I can vouch for the excellent facilities, helpful staff, great food, good local servcies, and easy flight connections, super berth position within the marina. Many English owners dotted round the Marina.
photos taken befor the sun got too hot,, 9 am, port bow,
port aft ,
aft port quarter, note the Canister raft in a cradle on the aft rail.
super design for easy access over the transom, passarelle socket in the top step, the steps lift to gain access, note snap davit slid on sockets,, one other thing of the note, the swim ladder right of shot IS ACTUALLY long enough to be useful, so often they are too short.
really good efficient wind generator, (fitted recently)stern light on the upright
full cockpit cushion set, twin wheel set up. eagle eyes might spot that the stb cockpit table leaf is missing.. its back on now..
port wheel, manual bilge pump left of wheel, deep lockers under these aft seats,, very deep. also note access lid to emergency steering

cabin entry, the sparyhood has been removed ready for transport, it is the usual fawn colour. and has a grabrail on the aft edge. you can see the frame laid forward on the deck.neat control line clutches for everything, also including the mainsheet, note the mainsheet is forward of the hatch, so the cockpit is beautifully clear for crew to enjoy the space, and the boom is good and high as well.
starboard side deck, long genoa car tracks offer plenty of adjustment for the keen yachtsman. opening window ports set into the big fixed side windows, deep sunk in grab rails left of shot work well,
mast is deck stepped, fixed deck light pannels flood the front of the saloon with light, hatch just aft,
three hatches all over the forward cabin, note the strong deck safety line attachment points each side forward of the forehatch
Deck bow locker, again great stowage, chain is held in the port half, with huge room starboard , the electric windlass has remote controls,
it does neaten up the foredeck to drop the windlass under deck level, and reduces the times you stub your toes!! Teak look well
nice organised deck layout looking aft.
emergency forestay with double block attached at bottom, is sat back at port shroud base plates, in case you even need to deploy it,, expensive but sensible extra for a cruising boat.
port side deck note the control lines run under deck for a bit,
then they reappear, before running in to a bank of clutches, aft deck hatches over the galley and Heads area
starting inside forward, conventional double / vee berth, blinds at all windows, light and bright, dressing area to stb..
neat stowage, 12 v fans are helpful in Spain..
port side has the hanging locker ,
easy access to log echosounder transducers etc.
under the forward end of the bed, is easy access to bow prop, nice to see local battery for both bow prop and windlass.
further forward still is the bow fresh water tank.
view aft from fore cabin to main saloon
clean easy timber laminate floors, all lift for easy access to under floor storage, and bilges etc.
keel bolts easy to access,
main saloon table set to starboard side, huge wrap round dinette area, flat screen TV up on bulkhead, twin table legs keep it feeling solid.
port side, full length settee berth, the blue and white covers are just loose blankets,, keeping the upholstery clean, note the nav table facing sideways or aft using the end of the berth as a seat.
better view, repeater on Radar/plotter screen, central heating controls, navtex, stereo, etc..
looking aft to port side Galley, this area far bigger on this, the "Owners Version",
looking aft towards the starboard aft cabin, heads/shower space through the door left of shot, the companionway steps, lift up on gas struts. nice vertical stainless steel grab rail on bulkhead.
better view of galley looking aft, opening window just overhead out of shot, firdge with ice box above, microwave oven set into aft bulkhead is neat, note crash bar in front of cooker,
side access panel to engine from the galley side, Immaculate in here..40 hp 3 cylinder Yanmar, fresh water cooled unit,
looking outboard at galley, twin sinks, note two water sources,, two burner gas hob
looking aft in to stb owners cabin, note the battery switches, bed runs across the boat
hanging locker forward, opening ports and overhead hatch, the teddy bear.. is sat on top of two lids that fold open to access locker space
looking down the bed, across the boat
now looking in to the heads/shower,
en-suite door in to the same heads space. note the heating outlet in here
good shower space furthe forward with a fold out screen
battery charger and batteries all under the seat ahead of the bed.
black fuel tank is housed across on the port side, at the front of the bed.,
access in under bed to shaft easl, domestic battery, exhaust water trap etc. all easy.
few detail shots, aft saloon floor, access to last keel bolt,
domestic electrics panel hinges open, for easy access,
drop down sun blinds over all windows and hatches
overhead hatch blinds,,
